Dear Homeowners
I am delighted to announce that Robert Squizzoni will join our team as Estate Manager for our Estate & Service Charge team next week Tuesday 23rd August.
Robert has held two previous roles as an Estate Manager totalling 5 years, as well as varied previous experience in property and building services, including grounds and facilities management, operations and support, over a career spanning 26 years. He, therefore, has a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to bring to our team.
Robert will be responsible for managing all areas that fall under the service charge budget i.e. the communal areas, facilities, grounds and wider estate including the Landscape and Ecological plan. He has a very strong team to support him in this role and together with his Duty Managers, Spa, Wardens and Grounds team they will continue to manage the estate to the high level expected.
We are very excited to have a new Estate Manager and I’m sure you will all be very intrigued to meet him. He will have a quite a busy first week with his induction training but he will be onsite on Sat 27th August to assist and support our team for the LMEHA summer festival and to see that in action, so please feel free to come and introduce yourself and say hi.
